Minimum Qualifications

  • US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory for this position and required for consideration. Must be willing to obtain a CI Poly.
  • Minimum of 14 years of total professional experience in a technical support role, of which 5+ years has been in software testing, quality assurance, or related technical roles.
  • Experience testing web applications, APIs, and distributed systems in a variety of environments.
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Understanding of software defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated self-starter who consistently takes initiative with limited guidance and instruction.
  • BS in Systems Engineering, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computer Systems Analysis, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent or related technical field.
  • SCIF presence a minimum of 3 days per week, as program needs dictate.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or similar platforms.
  • Experience testing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes environments.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
  • ISTQB or other software testing certifications.
  • Experience working in high-availability, mission-critical production environments.
  • Experience as a military/intelligence analyst, supporting the military/IC, or knowledge of some IC PED systems is a plus!

  • ● The base pay for this position within the Washington, DC metropolitan area is: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 - $176,000.00 annually.
  • For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
