Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of high-impact digital products across multiple markets. As a key member of our product team, you will work at the intersection of business needs, user experience, and technology — driving products from concept to launch and ensuring continuous improvement post-release.

This role requires a strategic thinker, a data-driven decision maker, and a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Sitech’s business goals and client objectives.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery, research, and requirements gathering to development, launch, and optimization.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user insights to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable product requirements and feature specifications.
• Prioritize features and initiatives using data, business impact, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, performance analytics, and feedback loops.
• Mentor junior product team members and support best practices across the organization.
• Act as the voice of the user, ensuring usability, accessibility, and experience excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in digital product development or tech environments.
• Strong experience owning product strategy and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent understanding of UX/UI principles, agile methodologies, and modern software development processes.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling digital products.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
• Experience with client-facing roles or agency/consultancy models is a strong plus.
