Key Responsibilities:

Engineering Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers. Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.

Architecture and Delivery:
Drive system design and architecture decisions. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across all projects.

End-to-End Execution:
Oversee the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:
Implement and refine engineering processes, including Agile practices, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance standards.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with product, business, and executive stakeholders. Translate business goals into clear technical strategies and deliverables.

Performance and Quality:
Monitor system performance and reliability. Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and security are consistently followed.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong experience in backend or full-stack development using technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python.

Cloud and DevOps:
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and modern DevOps practices including containerization and CI/CD.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Communication:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align technical teams with business priorities.

Mindset:
You are strategic and pragmatic. You know how to balance technical perfection with business needs and timely delivery.

Pay: ﷼35,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
