Qualifications

• What you will do to be successful in this role
• Own complex features end to end, from solution design through development, testing, release and production support.
• Design and build scalable full-stack solutions using C#, modern.NET and React.
• Shape architecture and technical solutions, balancing quality, security, reliability and maintainability.
• Partner with product, design and stakeholders to turn complex or ambiguous requirements into practical solutions.
• Build, deploy and support software, contributing across CI/CD, observability, infrastructure and cloud-native delivery.
• Use AI-assisted engineering tools effectively while applying sound judgement and validating the quality and security of outputs.
• Champion engineering quality through automated testing, code reviews and strong development practices.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies early, communicate trade-offs and proactively resolve blockers.
• Bring a growth mindset, share knowledge with other engineers and be comfortable working beyond a narrow technical specialisation.
• Highly regarded: Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server, DevOps practices, Kubernetes, Docker, Playwright, application security and production support. Cloud experience across AWS, Azure or comparable environments is welcomed.
