Role Overview

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions with meaningful impact for healthcare workers.
• Develop frontend and backend application components on a robust, scalable Kubernetes platform.
• Build new features and optimize existing systems.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Solve complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers in a remote-first organization.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members to support learning and growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of development experience.
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and React, and backend technologies, especially Node.js.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, API design, and microservices architecture.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and interest in current technologies.
