Company Overview

What You Will Own
- Product infrastructure: build and operate infrastructure behind real-time decision systems, including durable execution, workflow orchestration, reliability, and performance.
- Agent infrastructure: build sandboxes, evaluation infrastructure, and harnesses for developing and shipping agent workflows, including compute environments agents execute in.
- Developer platform: CI/CD, deployment, local development, and internal tooling that let the team ship in days rather than quarters.
- Reliability and observability: instrumentation, monitoring, incident response, and debugging tooling for systems with probabilistic failure modes.
- Cost and scale: manage cloud and inference costs as the product footprint grows, and make capacity and architecture decisions before bottlenecks.
- Partner across engineering: work directly with product engineers building on your infrastructure and with customers affected by it.
Who This Is For
- 3-6 years of engineering experience with meaningful ownership of infrastructure you built rather than inherited.
- Zero-to-one experience building infrastructure from scratch at a startup or standing up new systems on a team inside a larger company.
- Strong infrastructure fundamentals across distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and observability.
- Real software engineering: infrastructure means writing code and owning complex systems end to end, from design through production.
- Breadth over depth: you would rather build new systems than operate mature ones, and you move up the stack when that is where the problem is.
- Judgment: you know when a system deserves careful architecture and when it deserves to be finished this week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Equity: meaningful early-stage equity.
- Salary: $200K - $300K.
- Health: comprehensive medical, dental, and vision.
- Perks: $500 monthly Ramp card for commuting, meals, gym, etc., plus $25 in nightly meal delivery credit and office snacks.
- Access: direct access to world-class investors and advisors.
