The engineer joins the Platform team, focused on analytics dashboards and data experiences.
The team builds frontend dashboards alongside backend aggregation, metrics, and query systems to help customers understand coaching progress and needs.

About you
- At least five years of professional development experience shipping production code.
- Full-stack capability with a frontend lean, end-to-end feature ownership, and delivery in fast-moving environments.
- Experience with API design, system architecture, and maintainable code.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and backend frameworks; able to debug complex distributed systems.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Clear communicator who works across engineering and product and connects work to user and business outcomes.
Extra-credit experience
- Charting or visualization libraries such as Recharts or D3 and performant interactive data interfaces.
- Data warehouse or analytics tools such as BigQuery or dbt.
- LLMs, generative AI, AI-powered applications, Material UI, Next.js, or NoSQL databases.
Workplace
- Hybrid role with three days per week in the Seattle office; candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area.
Compensation
- Base compensation is $160,000–$180,000; the posting also mentions significant equity opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build polished, responsive dashboard interfaces for analytics and data experiences.
- Develop backend aggregation, metrics, and query systems that power analytics dashboards.
- Make coaching data and complex analytics clear, fast, trustworthy, and useful to customers.
- Own full-stack features end to end and translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions.
- Build scalable web applications and design supporting data and APIs.
