Your impact
- Own complex product initiatives across Go backend services and React interfaces.
- Drive scalable, reliable technical and product decisions and proactively address bottlenecks and complexity.
- Raise engineering quality through design, code reviews, pragmatic decisions, and technical debt reduction.
- Mentor engineers and act as a technical multiplier for the team.
- Partner with Product, Design, Infrastructure, and Engineering to solve ambiguous customer and business problems.
- Use AI and LLM capabilities to improve engineering productivity, product experiences, and customer outcomes.
Who you are
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience delivering high-impact production applications at scale.
- Strong Go expertise with microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Agentic AI tools, AI coding agents, autonomous developer assistants, or LLM toolchains.
- Strong React.js and JavaScript experience for modern responsive applications.
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, and Kafka or RabbitMQ, plus algorithms, system design, and production debugging.
- Observability experience with Datadog, Kibana, or New Relic is advantageous.
- Self-driven, autonomous, proactive, and capable of inspiring engineering excellence.
