Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Evolve the core architecture of the Privileged Access Management product.
• Build scalable, composable platform components and implement scalable architecture patterns.
• Use the React-based design system to deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Design and build APIs customers rely on to access production infrastructure.
• Develop backend components in Go and frontend components in React.

Candidate qualifications

• Have 3–5 years of software development experience and a background in Go or similar programming languages.
• Be proficient in React or a similar front-end UI stack and experienced with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Have experience with a cloud provider such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Be able to deliver features end to end, from database models through backend APIs and frontend UI components.
• Bring collaborative ownership, systems thinking, and interest in distributed systems, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and security.
• Bring ownership, accountability, attention to detail, customer focus, and comfort working on a fully distributed team.

Compensation

• The annual base salary range for candidates located in Canada is CAD $136,000–$187,000; actual salary depends on skills, qualifications, and experience.
• Equity, bonus, and benefits may be offered under applicable plans and policies.
