About the Role
Join the Technology Data and Intelligence team as a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer in Bangalore.
Design and develop customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations for strategic business objectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineers across infrastructure layers from proposal through deployment and support.
Development and Architecture
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Contribute to architecture, API design, database schema modeling, and system integrations for performance and reliability.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications with Product Management, UX/UI, and stakeholders.
Leadership and Operations
- Lead technical projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Identify bottlenecks, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Automate deployment pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and AWS serverless technologies.
- Integrate automated testing, secure secrets management, Kubernetes, and CloudWatch monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of robust hands-on development and design experience.
- Experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS services, React, scripting languages, databases, Terraform, serverless architecture, and unit testing frameworks.
- Provide leadership and influence over business proof-of-concept design, implementation, and support.
- Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.

- Experience with the latest AI technologies is a plus.
- Experience coaching individuals and working with geographically dispersed teams is a plus.
- Serverless development, Kubernetes or Terraform, and CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions are additional advantages.
