Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Contribute to architecture, API design, database schema modeling, and system integrations.
• Lead technical projects, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications with product, UX, UI, and stakeholder partners.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability and troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Automate deployment pipelines and manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and AWS serverless technologies.
• Integrate automated testing, secure secrets management, Kubernetes, and CloudWatch monitoring across environments.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on software development and design experience.
• Experience with Java, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS services, React, scripting languages, databases, Terraform, serverless architecture, and unit testing frameworks.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and influence the design, implementation, and support of business proofs of concept.
• Willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.

Extra Credits

• Experience with current AI technologies is a plus.
• Experience coaching individuals and working with a geographically dispersed workforce is a plus.
• Serverless development experience with AWS Lambda, Kubernetes or Terraform knowledge, and GitHub Actions experience are extra credits.
