About the product
Settify is an AI-backed technology that helps legal clients prepare and present their personal stories effectively.
The product streamlines initial information gathering for legal assistance, including family law and wills.
Settify is part of the LEAP group, an international provider of legal practice management solutions.
What you will do
- Help design and implement the product architecture.
- Collaborate with the team to rebuild the application using TypeScript.
- Design and ship AI features involving prompts, evaluations, tool use, and agent flows.
- Own meaningful product areas end to end, making decisions, shipping work, and managing outcomes.
- Work closely with leadership and legal experts.
- Help build a customisable, content-driven product for legal client intake and case preparation.
What you will bring
- At least 8 years of experience building and shipping full-stack web products in production is required.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern web development frameworks is required.
- Strong data modelling experience and the ability to design durable schemas are required.
- A computer science or engineering degree, or equivalent practical depth, is required.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into products through prompts, evaluations, tool use, or agent flows is required.
- A track record of solving difficult problems and shipping products is required.
Preferred experience
- Greenfield or early-stage team experience is advantageous.
- Exposure to LegalTech, SaaS products, or early-stage technology teams is advantageous.
- An interest in machine learning and building new AI models is advantageous.
