Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain React front-end features and components.
- Contribute to .NET backend services, APIs, authentication, logging, and reusable application components.
- Build and maintain reliable data ingestion, transformation, and processing workflows.
- Champion AI-assisted tooling across team processes.
- Contribute to database schemas, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Contribute to solution design, technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support incident investigation and resolution across front-end, backend, and data systems.
- Mentor developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with product, engineering leadership, and Customer Success on technical solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive software engineering experience in a SaaS or scale-up environment and experience taking software through production end to end.
- Strong, current ReactJS and front-end experience is mandatory.
- Ability to work across front end, APIs, background processing, and data workflows.
- High-agency ownership mindset with attention to commercial outcomes and customer impact.
- Comfort with breadth, ambiguity, and switching context across many systems.
- Good collaboration and communication skills, including pairing with and supporting engineers.
- Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL Server is highly regarded.
