  • How You'll Stand Out
  • 5+ years production software development experience
  • Strong Python: FastAPI, async patterns, pytest, ruff — production API development
  • Strong TypeScript/React: component design, React Query, Zustand, vitest/Jest, ESLint
  • Working Rust: able to read, extend, and contribute to axum/tonic services; clippy fluency
  • Event-driven architecture like Kafka
  • Identity/auth systems: OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, Azure Entra ID or equivalent
  • Demonstrated technical debt reduction — structured migration planning and measurable consolidation
