The role is for a Java Developer building scalable APIs and microservices using the Spring ecosystem.
The ideal candidate designs, develops, and deploys high-performance backend services and is comfortable in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build scalable, high-performance backend systems and implement secure, reusable, efficient APIs.
- Collaborate with UI, DevOps, and QA teams on end-to-end delivery.
- Contribute to system design, code reviews, and performance optimization.
- Integrate third-party services and external APIs.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing and best practices.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required skills
- Strong Java proficiency, Java 8 or above; hands-on Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security experience.
- Experience with microservices architecture, REST API design, and Hibernate or JPA.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Preferred skills
- Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, CI/CD exposure, and Kafka or RabbitMQ experience are preferred.
- Understanding of design patterns and system design is preferred.
