Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, software engineering or proven work experience in related fields
  • 9 + years of experience developing and designing software applications using Java
  • API First Mindset
  • Expert understanding of core computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming
  • Expert in analyzing, designing, implementing and troubleshooting software solutions for highly transactional systems.
  • Expert in OOAD and design principals, implementing micro services architecture using JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, NestJS, Spring webflux, Hibernate, Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Git, IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Experience in ReactJS
  • Experience working in Native & Hybrid Cloud environment.
  • Experience in Container Management including Docker and Kubernetes, on any cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Excellent communication and team player with can-do attitude.
  • Ability to analyze user and business requirements to create technical design requirements and software architecture
  • Experience must also include:
  • Java
  • Java IDE like Eclipse or IntelliJ
  • Java EE Application servers like Apache Tomcat
  • Object-oriented design, Git, Maven, and a popular scripting language
  • Apigee API Gateway
  • Experience Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Experience continuous integration systems like Jenkins or GitLab CI
  • Experience with SAFe methodologies
  • Deep knowledge and understanding to create secure solutions by design
  • Multi-threaded backend environments with concurrent users

Preferred Qualifications

  • Champion of Agile Scrum methodologies and SAFe frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins or GitHub CI
  • Deep understanding of secure solution design principles
  • Familiarity with concurrent backend environments and multithreading
  • Experience with test-driven development frameworks or automated testing tools for mobile.
  • Possesses cross functional expertise to implement DevOps, CI/CD practices.
  • Exposure to AI IDE like Cursor, Github Co-Pilot.
