IT Product Engineering
The team builds software that helps organizations manage employee devices, applications, and access security, using employee data from the HRIS.
Product areas include device management, application and identity management, inventory and asset management, and security and compliance.
What you will do
- Own design and implementation of backend services and APIs for core product capabilities and complex business logic.
- Make systems scalable, reliable, and secure, including strategic infrastructure and data-integrity decisions.
- Partner with product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
- Lead code and design reviews, raise technical standards, and mentor engineers.
What you will need
- At least 5 years of production experience with Python, Go, or a similar high-scale backend language.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data modeling, and relational database performance optimization.
- Experience with significant-scale systems, strong computer science and algorithms fundamentals, and complex project delivery.
- Strong communication with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
Workplace
- For office-based employees living within a defined radius of an office, current policy requires working in the office at least three days per week.
Compensation
- The U.S. salary range is $159,000–$278,250 per year for the stated U.S. tier; final compensation varies based on location, background, and experience.
