Role summary
Develop and maintain software applications, implement AI-powered solutions, integrate business systems, and help ensure reliable IT infrastructure.
The role requires at least 5 years of relevant professional experience and practical AI implementation experience.
Software and AI delivery
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and business systems.
- Build AI-powered applications, automation tools, and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and third-party software platforms.
- Develop and maintain APIs, web services, and database integrations.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend business improvements.
Systems and support
- Integrate, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Maintain servers, computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and connected devices.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, POS, IoT, and other business applications where required.
- Resolve software bugs, hardware issues, integration failures, and performance problems.
- Implement cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and system-monitoring measures.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide user support.
Mandatory requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering or software development experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in real-world projects.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python and at least one additional language.
- Experience with AI APIs, LLMs, machine learning frameworks, or AI automation platforms.
- Strong knowledge of databases, APIs, system architecture, and software integration.
- Practical experience with hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently and manage technical projects.
Preferred skills
- OpenAI APIs, AI agents, RAG systems, and workflow automation.
- Cloud platforms, Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- SQL, REST APIs, ERP systems, and third-party integrations.
- Cybersecurity and IT infrastructure management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
Pay
- AED 3,300–4,500 per month.
