Role overview
Build enterprise AI products for customers across the GCC, moving quickly from ideas and prototypes to production-ready applications.

What you'll do
- Build full-stack applications using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Design and ship AI agents and multi-agent workflows that work with tools, APIs, and enterprise data.
- Connect LLMs to real systems through tool calling, MCP, RAG, and memory.
- Harden prototypes for production with testing, evaluations, monitoring, and security.
- Collaborate with the employer and customers to ship products addressing real business problems.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years building software, with strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
- Daily use of AI coding tools and demonstrable projects built with them.
- Hands-on agent-building experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or a similar framework.
- Able to read, test, and debug AI-generated code and recognize when it is incorrect.
- Comfort with APIs, databases, Git, and cloud deployment.
Nice to have
- Multi-agent orchestration or MCP server development.
- Experience with LLM evaluations, guardrails, and context engineering.
- Experience deploying AI in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Open-source work or a public portfolio of AI projects.
