The Role

How You Will Make an Impact

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs for the platform.
• Contribute to microservices adoption through clean APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Improve database performance and data structures for high-traffic real-time applications.
• Collaborate with teams to align technical solutions with business and user needs.
• Mentor engineers and perform code reviews to promote Golang best practices.
• Automate operations so teams can deploy and access services more efficiently.
• Solve data movement and scalability challenges across a distributed platform.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bring 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Have at least 2 years of experience with strongly typed languages such as Go, Java, or C#.
• Have experience designing and developing microservices in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understand SQL databases, message queues such as Kafka or SQS, and asynchronous processing.
• Communicate technical designs effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Have familiarity with cloud infrastructure, basic networking, and Agile or Kanban methodologies.
