Senior Software Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud services managing infrastructure and control planes on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, management, and monitoring of cloud services, sites, and offerings.
• Develop threat models to support cloud platform security and compliance.
• Design and develop scalable systems and AI-powered features, agent workflows, and production-ready AI agents.
• Operationalize AI agents with deployment pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with UX, product management, and platform engineering on product ideas and technical designs.
• Follow maintainable coding practices for usability, code style, integration, testing, and reviews; review design, architecture, and code.

Minimum requirements

• Graduate or bachelor's degree in computer science.
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• At least 3 years designing, building, and operating distributed complex software systems on Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with DevOps software development methods.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one modern general-purpose programming language, such as Go or Python.
• Experience developing and operationalizing AI agents and LLM-based workflows.

Additional experience

• Full-stack development; RESTful services; SQL or NoSQL database concepts.
• Docker-related technologies and Kubernetes management or service development.
• Supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems and influencing engineering practices.
• Scripting with languages such as Go, Python, or Shell.
• Public cloud networking, including VPCs, ACLs, subnets, peering, DNS, and firewalls.
• AWS infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
