Position summary

SAP Production Planning

• Design, configure, implement, and optimize SAP PP solutions.
• Support material master, BOMs, routings, production versions, work centers, production and process orders, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Configure and optimize MRP Live and Classic MRP; support demand management and long-term planning.
• Improve production scheduling, capacity planning, engineering change management, and manufacturing efficiency.

ATP and materials management

• Configure ATP/aATP, availability checks, alternative-based confirmation, backorder processing, product allocation, and release for delivery.
• Improve order confirmation accuracy and collaborate across sales, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Support procurement, purchasing, inventory, goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, vendor master, and material valuation.
• Optimize inventory and material availability; work with warehouse and logistics teams on material flow.

Integration and improvement

• Integrate SAP PP with SAP MM, SD, EWM, WM, QM, PM, TM, MES, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDocs, and OData.
• SAP IBP integration is preferred.
• Analyze processes and improve planning accuracy, inventory management, material flow, manufacturing cycle time, and automation.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project delivery

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects and conduct business process workshops.
• Gather and document business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and review technical specifications.
• Support unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Execute cutover and go-live activities and provide hypercare and production support.

Required qualifications

• 20+ years of SAP PP/MM experience.
• At least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects and 2 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
• Experience with SAP ATP/aATP and strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge.
• Industry experience in high-tech, manufacturing, consumer products, automotive, or industrial manufacturing.

Preferred qualifications and competencies

• SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP, and SAP MM certifications are preferred.
• SAP IBP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and MES experience or knowledge are preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lead cross-functional workshops, manage global teams, and mentor junior consultants or functional analysts.
