Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Software Development Manager to lead our software engineering teams, oversee project lifecycles, and drive innovation in product development. This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, and team management. The Senior Software Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology vision and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage software development teams across multiple projects.
• Define and implement software development strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and innovation.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and manage risks.
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud solutions, and modern development frameworks.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain is a plus.
