Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Senior Software Development Manager** to lead our software engineering teams, oversee project lifecycles, and drive innovation in product development.
This leadership role requires a professional with strong expertise in software architecture, agile methodologies, and team management.
The Senior Software Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s technology vision and ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development teams across multiple projects.
- Define and implement software development strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and innovation.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor project progress, resolve technical challenges, and manage risks.
- Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale software projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud solutions, and modern development frameworks.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and blockchain is a plus.
