Senior Software Development Engineer in Audible's Consumer Domains group, creating applications, components, and services for global listeners.

Responsibilities
- Independently lead complex technical initiatives within the team.
- Mentor and support developers, fostering curiosity and technical understanding.
- Explore technical needs and bring forward solutions.
- Establish and follow good engineering practices.
- Build consumer applications, components, sites, and APIs for desktop and mobile.
Basic qualifications
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Preferred qualifications
- Preferred: 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Compensation
- The base salary range is $158,100–$213,800 USD annually; compensation also includes sign-on payments and restricted stock units.
