Senior full-stack software developer responsible for web application development, including Web APIs, database design, and front-end development.
The role also applies AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling to extract insights, build predictive models, and improve business outcomes.
Software development and AI responsibilities
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; define system requirements with project stakeholders and end users.
- Manage branches and pull requests, lead design and development for RF Plus and TED, and help architect modules and applications.
- Resolve urgent support issues and write and perform unit tests before deployment.
- Collect, clean, and transform complex datasets; use AI tools to create, test, and review code and pull requests.
- Build AI agents and collaborate across teams on AI-driven solutions; stay current with AI/ML tools and practices.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 7 years of similar experience.
- Education in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Required technical skills include C#/.NET, SQL, RESTful APIs, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, ASP.NET MVC, or Blazor; experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, SQL Server Management Studio, GitHub, Azure Git, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of Copilot, Claude, OpenAI tools, Python data and ML libraries, and at least one of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, independent-working, and collaboration abilities.

Compensation
- Pay is $95,000 to $115,000 per year.
