We are looking for a **Software Developer** to join our growing engineering team to build, customize, and scale **ERP solutions for diverse clients** as part of a joint venture with **Zoho**.
You will work closely with business teams and customers to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain **ERP modules** tailored to client business needs
- Customize and extend **Zoho-based platforms** and integrations
- Build and maintain **backend services, APIs, and business logic**
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate **business requirements into technical solutions**
- Develop reusable components and frameworks for multi-client ERP usage
- Ensure **data integrity, security, and performance** across ERP systems
- Perform debugging, issue resolution, and production support
- Participate in **code reviews** and follow engineering best practices
- Contribute to system architecture, scalability, and long-term technical roadmap
• Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6+ years of experience in **software development** (flexible based on role level)
- Strong knowledge of **Java / Python / JavaScript** (depending on stack)
- Experience with **web applications, REST APIs, and backend development**
- Solid understanding of **databases and ERP data models** (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Familiarity with **Zoho products** (Creator, CRM, Books, Analytics) or similar ERP systems
- Understanding of **business workflows** (finance, HR, inventory, sales, procurement)
- Strong problem-solving and client-facing communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
