Senior Software Developer, API Platform and Ecosystem

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Establish API standards for security, versioning, pagination, rate limits, idempotency, errors, and backward compatibility.
• Develop bulk operations, reusable connector libraries, API documentation, SDKs, and automated onboarding.
• Support SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics integration foundations and marketplace publication workflows.
• Improve CI/CD, release automation, testing, monitoring, and production reliability; own on-call and incident response.

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend systems, APIs, or platform products.
• Strong service-oriented backend development in TypeScript, Go, or C#, and willingness to learn other languages.
• Experience with relational database design and optimization, distributed systems, production APIs, testing, and CI/CD.
• Ability to collaborate across product, design, and customer-facing teams while delivering scalable product solutions.

Preferred experience

• Integration platforms, SDKs, iPaaS/connectors, marketplaces, webhooks/events, or ETL/sync patterns are nice to have.
• Enterprise identity/security patterns, ERP ecosystems, external developer tooling, and Workato, Tray, or Zapier are nice to have.

Compensation

• The posting lists a compensation range of $143K–$248.6K; no pay cadence is specified.
