We are looking for a **Senior Social Media Manager** who can take full ownership of our social media ecosystem.

You will not just execute content—you will define the strategy, lead campaigns, and shape how our brands show up across digital platforms.

You will be the driving force behind engagement growth, content performance, and audience expansion across regional and global markets.

Social Media Strategy Ownership

Develop and lead full-funnel social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.

Content Leadership

Oversee content planning, creation, and publishing.

Ensure all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for performance.

Campaign Management

Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Community Growth & Engagement

Build and manage online communities, ensuring active engagement and strong audience relationships.

Performance & Analytics

Track, analyze, and report on KPIs.

Use insights to continuously improve content and campaign performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and performance marketers to deliver high-quality campaigns.

Trend & Platform Leadership

Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats to keep the brand competitive and relevant.

Experience

5+ years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Strategy, ideally with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.

Track Record

Proven success in growing social media accounts, improving engagement rates, and managing both organic and paid campaigns.

Platform Expertise

Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X, including best practices for each platform.

Paid Social Knowledge

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is highly preferred.

Content & Creative Thinking

Strong understanding of storytelling, viral content mechanics, and audience psychology.

Analytical Mindset

Comfortable working with data, insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions.

Communication Skills

Strong English communication skills required.

Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.

Mindset

You are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment.

Pay: QAR28,000.00 - QAR35,000.00 per month
