Senior Social Media Manager

About the Role

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage content across Instagram for an Edtech page.
• Build and maintain weekly content calendars.
• Research trends, viral formats, memes & internet culture.
• Write engaging captions and social copy.
• Coordinate with design, video & creative teams.
• Schedule and publish content consistently.
• Monitor comments, DMs and overall community engagement.
• Track content performance and identify what's working.
• Prepare basic performance reports and insights.
• Support campaigns, launches and social media initiatives.
• Bring fresh ideas that keep Student Tribe's social presence relevant and engaging.

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in social media, content, marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube.
• Naturally keeps up with trends, memes, formats and internet culture.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for content that grabs attention.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple content pieces and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
• A proactive person who isn't afraid to experiment, test and learn.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,343.41 per month.
