We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Senior Social Media Executive with a strong agency background to join our Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple brands simultaneously, developing content strategies, executing social media campaigns, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced agency environment.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, create compelling content, manage stakeholders, and execute campaigns across multiple digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency and engagement.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for various brands.
- Identify emerging social media trends, content opportunities, and platform updates.
Content Development
- Conceptualize and create engaging content including reels, videos, stories, graphics, and copy.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, photographers, and external vendors.
- Develop campaign concepts from ideation to execution.
- Ensure content remains aligned with brand identity and target audience preferences.
Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign rollouts across multiple platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Support lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment, and promotional initiatives.
Community & Brand Management
- Manage online communities and audience engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and social conversations.
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Handle social media crisis management and reputation monitoring when required.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Utilize analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to management.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Mandatory agency experience handling multiple clients or brands simultaneously.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
