Our dedicated team seeks an experienced Social Media Account Manager to elevate client accounts and foster strong client-agency relationships.

Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and engagement strategies.

Develop, implement, and manage creative social media strategies to meet client objectives.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and expectations professionally and proactively.

Collaborate closely with creative teams to produce compelling, high-quality content tailored for various social media channels.

Analyze performance metrics, provide insightful reporting, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize results.

Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 5 years proven experience in social media account management, ideally within an agency setting.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and performance metrics.

Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
