About the role
We're looking for a Senior Sitecore developer with deep platform expertise and strong communication skills.
You'll be the go-to person bridging technical delivery and product thinking — working closely with designers, stakeholders, and business teams to translate requirements into polished Sitecore-powered experiences.
What you'll do
- Architect, develop, and maintain Sitecore solutions including front-end components and back-end integrations
- Build and configure Sitecore templates, renderings, pipelines, and workflows
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible front-end experiences
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications
- Contribute to project planning, sprint management, and delivery timelines
- Own performance, scalability, and code quality across the Sitecore environment
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional development experience, with substantial hands-on Sitecore work
- Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, or Sitecore CDP/Personalize
- Sitecore certification (Developer or higher)
- Strong back-end skills in C# and the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET, Web API)
- Solid front-end skills — HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React or Next.js preferred)
- Deep knowledge of Sitecore architecture: Helix principles, SXA, content trees, and personalization
- Experience working directly with UX/UI designers in an agile environment
- Strong business analysis skills — able to capture, refine, and challenge requirements
- Comfortable owning deliverables independently and communicating with non-technical stakeholders
- Arabic speaker preferred (not required)
- Nice to have
- Product management experience or ownership of a product roadmap
- Design experience or working knowledge of UX/UI principles
- Proficiency with Figma or other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Familiarity with headless CMS architecture and JSS (JavaScript Services)
