Al Jabor Pools seeks a Senior Site MEP Engineer (Mechanical) for swimming pool and water-feature projects in Qatar.
The role involves site supervision, coordination, quality compliance, inspections, and management of manpower and subcontractors.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- UPDA certification is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of total MEP experience, including at least 5 years of proven swimming pool project experience.
- Relevant pool projects include overflow and infinity pools, jacuzzis, water features, and filtration systems.
- Strong site supervision experience, including handling multiple projects.
- Able to solve site problems and coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
- Able to raise inspection requests and attend inspections with consultants.
- Good knowledge of QCS, method statements, and material submittals.
- Valid Qatari driving licence is mandatory.
- Must be available in Qatar with NOC and ready to join immediately.
Job responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site MEP works related to swimming pools.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Prepare and close inspection requests and manage manpower and subcontractors.
