Position
Senior Site Engineer responsible for decorative metal installation projects.
Qualifications
- Interior decorative metal or glass industry experience is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent experience.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
- At least seven years of UAE site experience.
- Strong AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Ability to assign and delegate tasks to site and production teams.
- Arabic is mandatory.
- The description also lists at least three years of metal industry experience as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation and commissioning of decorative metal installations.
- Supervise and coordinate metal processing and installation teams.
- Assist with on-site management and supervision.
- Keep project plans on schedule and assist with planning and execution.
- Process billings and project-related accounting issues.
- Study engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits and inspections for compliance with plans.
- Prepare project documentation, passes, and reports.
- Ensure timely, budget-compliant completion and monitor work quality.
- Provide training and guidance to the installation team.

- The role has two days off, Saturday–Sunday, and office hours are 8 am–6 pm.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
