This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Senior Site Architect /
Project Manager based in Dubai.
The individual will oversee and manage the design and construction processes, ensuring projects meet objectives in terms of quality, timelines, and budgeting.
Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing project planning, managing design coordination, maintaining communication between client and contractors, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Design Management and Project Planning
- Exceptional Project Management skills, including the coordination and completion of multiple concurrent tasks
- Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation to achieve financial objectives
- Strong Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and on-site construction processes
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in architectural design software and project management tools
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in the construction or real estate industries is advantageous
