Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced **Siebel Architect** to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Siebel CRM solutions.
This role requires strong technical leadership, deep domain expertise, and the ability to drive large-scale implementations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design end-to-end Siebel architecture aligned with business requirements
- Lead solution design, system integration, and technical strategy for Siebel CRM implementations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and system enhancements
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Ensure best practices in design, coding standards, and deployment processes
- Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong experience in **Siebel CRM Architecture & Development**
- Expertise in **Siebel Tools, EAI, EIM, Workflows, and Configuration**
- Hands-on experience in **Siebel integrations, web services, and APIs**
- Solid understanding of **enterprise architecture and system design principles**
- Experience in large-scale implementations within **enterprise or banking environments** *(preferred)*
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
