Role Description
The Senior Services Engineer at FSR Foundation Equipment Rental LLC is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The individual in this role will oversee and perform maintenance and repair activities on foundation equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and reliability.
Responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, providing advanced field service support at client sites, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex equipment problems.
The Senior Services Engineer will prepare service reports, maintain accurate records of work performed, and support training and guidance for junior technicians.
The role also involves collaborating with customers to understand service needs, offering technical advice, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes and standards.

- Solid technical support capabilities, with the ability to resolve complex equipment issues and advise customers.
- Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for heavy construction or foundation equipment.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
- Experience in construction, foundation equipment, or heavy machinery industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work safely in field environments and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, service manuals, and basic computer applications.
