About the Role:
Dizel Aktif Automotive and Diesel Systems LLC is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Service Operations Manager (Automotive Systems) to lead service operations in Doha, Qatar. This role focuses on overseeing automotive service centers, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering high-quality service for diesel and automotive systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Operations Leadership: Oversee daily operations of automotive service and maintenance activities
- Workshop Management: Manage service centers, technicians, and diagnostic teams
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high standards in service delivery and client satisfaction
- Process Optimization: Improve service workflows, turnaround time, and operational efficiency
- Technical Coordination: Work with engineers and technicians on diesel and automotive systems
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, service output, and operational metrics
- Team Leadership: Manage service advisors, technicians, and operations staff
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Senior-level experience in automotive service operations or workshop management
- Skills: Strong leadership, operational, and technical coordination skills
- Education: Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in diesel systems, automotive repair, or service centers
- Leadership: Ability to manage teams and multi-bay service operations
