Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the SEO roadmap propose priorities, defend recommendations to the Head of Marketing, and execute with the team without waiting for direction on routine decisions
  • Monitor organic performance continuously; identify ranking drops, traffic anomalies, and technical issues first and arrive with a diagnosis and recovery brief, not an escalation
  • Develop keyword strategy and content architecture aligned to ICP enterprise buyers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India searching for cybersecurity services; define what gets written, why, and for whom
  • Brief content writers on VAPT, web application penetration testing, UAE compliance frameworks, and enterprise cybersecurity topics with enough domain fluency to produce usable briefs without senior review
  • Lead and technically guide the SEO team; resolve their technical SEO questions independently rather than routing them to the Head of Marketing
  • Conduct regular site audits covering technical health, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, and keyword cannibalization; produce structured reports with prioritized action plans
  • Identify and capitalize on competitor keyword gaps; monitor competitor organic performance and surface strategic opportunities proactively
  • Track and report SEO performance to stakeholders in business terms traffic value, lead attribution, market position not just rankings and impressions
  • Submit execution-ready strategy documents: prioritized, time-bound, and requiring input only at genuine decision points not a full rewrite before they can move

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrable technical SEO capability: site audits, crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals, structured data, redirect management, log file analysis
  • Strong keyword research and topical authority planning skills not just generating keyword lists, but architecting content clusters around buyer intent
  • Ability to diagnose and own SEO incidents independently traffic drops, de-indexing, cannibalization without requiring senior intervention
  • Experience managing or technically mentoring junior SEO team members
  • Strong analytical communication: able to translate SEO data into strategic recommendations for non-SEO stakeholders
