Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Contract Role
📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)
📅 Contract until September
🚨 Immediate joiners preferred – candidates available to start next week will be prioritized.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale AI platform deployment and AI use case development program within a complex enterprise/government environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience driving Agile delivery across multiple squads, managing enterprise stakeholders, and supporting AI, digital, data, or platform transformation initiatives.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Agile delivery governance
- Proven experience managing multiple squads and cross-functional delivery teams
- Strong Agile coaching and mentoring capability
- Experience delivering enterprise digital, AI, data, or platform transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing dependencies, delivery risks, sprint planning, and release coordination
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced enterprise or government environments
Preferred Experience
- AI platform deployment or AI use case delivery experience
- Experience working with data platforms, cloud, or enterprise transformation programs
- Exposure to SAFe or scaled Agile delivery frameworks
- Consulting, banking, telecom, or government transformation experience preferred
- The ideal candidate should be delivery-focused, proactive, and capable of operating independently across high-complexity Agile environments.
