Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Monitor progress, identify concerns and delays, and coordinate risk-mitigation plans with project stakeholders.
- Provide project-status updates and analyze project data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Align schedules with construction and engineering teams and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Manage schedule changes, document and communicate updates, and contribute to project meetings.
- Support project managers with budgets and resource plans.
- Follow applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures; perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of related experience on national or international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive project scheduling-control knowledge and experience managing and prioritizing schedules.
- Ability to present schedule plans and requirements to senior management and government authorities, and negotiate schedules with stakeholders.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
