Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project-management software; monitor progress and identify concerns or potential delays.
- Coordinate schedule-risk mitigation with project managers and stakeholders, and provide regular status updates to teams and management.
- Analyze project data and trends to improve performance; collaborate with construction and engineering teams to align schedules with project goals.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices; manage schedule-change requests and document and communicate changes.
- Participate in project meetings and provide scheduling and control input; support budget and resource-plan development.
- Follow applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health policies and procedures; perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of related experience on national or international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive project-scheduling-control knowledge and experience managing and prioritizing schedules.
- Ability to present schedule plans and requirements to senior management and government authorities.
- Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure project schedules.
- Fluent Arabic and English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
