Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
- Monitor progress and identify concerns or potential delays; coordinate risk mitigation plans with project managers and stakeholders.
- Provide project status updates and analyze project data to identify trends and improve performance.
- Align schedules with construction and engineering project goals; identify and implement process improvements.
- Manage schedule changes and documentation, participate in project meetings, and provide scheduling and control input.
- Support project managers with budgets and resource plans; comply with applicable quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager or supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or engineering from an accredited university.
- At least 15 years of related experience on national or international major initiatives and developments.
- Extensive project scheduling control experience, including managing and prioritizing schedules.
- Present schedule plans and requirements to senior management and government authorities.
- Negotiate with multiple stakeholders to secure project schedules.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
