About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Saudi Senior Accountant who goes beyond routine bookkeeping to lead financial control, drive project profitability, and act as a true business partner to management.
Head Office: Riyadh, with flexibility to relocate within the Kingdom based on business needs
Your Role
You will be responsible for integrating financial accounting + project accounting + cash flow management into a unified system that supports strategic decision-making.
✓ Financial Accounting (Strong Foundation Required)
✓ Manage daily accounting entries with high efficiency
✓ Prepare financial statements with accuracy and professionalism
✓ Oversee Accounts Receivable & Payable
✓ Perform bank reconciliations and monthly/year-end closing
Project Accounting (Core Role)
✓ Lead full-cycle project accounting
✓ Analyze profitability and Percentage of Completion (POC)
✓ Monitor costs and variances
✓ Control project invoices and related cash flows
Cash Flow & Financial Control
✓ Proactively manage liquidity
✓ Accelerate collections and mitigate financial risks
✓ Ensure full compliance with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
Who We’re Looking For
✓ Saudi Professionals
✓ 6–10 years of experience (strong background in engineering/contracting firms)
✓ Analytical mindset with strong business understanding
✓ Able to act as a financial partner to project management, not just an executor
✓ Socpa / Cma / Cpa
✓ Experience with Zoho Books
✓ Exposure to project pricing or tendering support
