Role Summary
We are looking for a Senior SAS Technical Consultant for our customer’s Qatar office to provide onsite SAS support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, user support, integrations, and technical health checks.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor
- SAS servers
- , SAS usage, program runtimes, scheduled batch jobs, database connectivity and SAS-related infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve user-reported issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams and SAS global technical support when required.
- Provide root cause analysis for reported issues.
- Apply
- SAS hotfixes
- , licenses and certificate renewals when needed.
- Perform SAS server start/stop activities, metadata backup/restore and SAS-related database maintenance.
- Manage SAS users, roles, groups and permissions.
- Support business users in using
- SAS solution
- functionalities and reports.
- Configure and create required reports.
- Support API integrations and data source integrations within
- SAS applications

- SAS architecture
- , topology, sizing, configuration, log levels and administration processes.
- Generate SAS deployment tester reports and outstanding hotfix reports.
