Requirements

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries.
  • Familiarity with Flows, triggers, and automations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
  • Experience with Experience Cloud
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to manage complex security models and oversee data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
  • Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
  • Experience with:
  • Salesforce Education Cloud
  • Omni Studio
  • Integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft)
  • Azure DevOps
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
  • Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • The duties of this job are mainly performed in a regular office environment with occasional small trips outdoors. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk throughout the building. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
