Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, test, implement, and support Salesforce development and integration into business systems.
• Build Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components; review code and execute technical specifications.
• Monitor applications and recommend solutions to improve availability, quality, and performance.
• Write and run test plans, test custom applications and integrations, and resolve defects.
• Design process flows and technical specifications and refine standards and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to align solutions with organizational needs.

Preferred skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Advanced hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MS SQL.
• Strong Salesforce architecture and data modeling knowledge, plus experience with DevOps, version control, and CI/CD.
• Communication, analytical problem-solving, collaboration, independent work, prioritization, and deadline management skills.

Compensation

• Base pay range is $94,400–$142,900 per year; the role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
• Actual title and base pay depend on factors including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
