Senior Salesforce Developer (Aura Framework)

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies.

Build reusable and scalable components aligned with business requirements.

Design and implement customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Develop and support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.

Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.

Create and maintain technical design and deployment documentation.

Minimum of 8-1 years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.

Strong experience with Salesforce Development and Aura Components.

Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.

Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.

Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
