The platform integrates with existing cameras and systems to help businesses improve security, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
First 6-12 Months
- Stabilize the post-migration Salesforce org, resolve legacy data-model debt, finalize routing rules, and triage user-reported issues.
- Own the Salesforce side of the HubSpot sync, including mappings, association logic, and error resolution.
- Bring Salesforce direction and execution fully in-house from external partners.
- Establish durable release, sandbox, QA, and documentation practices.
Salesforce Administration
- Own configuration, automation, security, data integrity, performance, user access, and the Salesforce data model.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, custom apps, objects, tooling, and documented architecture.
- Manage change-request intake, prioritize work, communicate timelines, and review every production metadata change.
- Direct external partners, verify recommendations, and audit third-party and integration-user permissions.
- Administer Salesforce Sales Engagement for BDR cadence infrastructure, work queues, permissions, and dialer integration.
Quality and Reliability
- Lead QA, test planning, regression testing, UAT coordination, sandbox strategy, deployments, and production quality control.
- Monitor org health, governor limits, and performance; troubleshoot incidents and reduce technical debt.
- Maintain release notes, change logs, architecture documentation, runbooks, and user enablement materials.
Revenue Technology
- Own Salesforce integration work and help reduce unnecessary technology-tool complexity.
- Develop working knowledge of NetSuite and quote-to-cash processes to support reliable system synchronization.
- Build or maintain n8n and other automated workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort.
Must-Have Qualifications
