We are seeking a

Senior Sales Specialist

who is passionate, commercially driven, and energetic to join our growing team in

Key Responsibilities

  • **Direct Engagement:**
  • Communicate with clients across all channels (Email, WhatsApp, Phone, and Social Media) with a personalized approach.
  • **Experience Design:**
  • Understand requirements to develop detailed, high-quality proposals with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • **Sales Strategy:**
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives to achieve revenue targets.
  • **Market Growth:**
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to strengthen the company’s market position.
  • **Relationship Management:**
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, travel agencies, and tour operators.
  • **Operational Support:**
  • Support the setup of activities and the Saudi Seasons calendar.
  • **Collaboration:**
  • Work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • **Activity Records**
  • : Maintain up-to-date sales activity records with accurate and relevant details.

Requirements

  • :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in Tourism, Corporate Travel, or MICE.
  • Languages: Professional fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
  • Network: A strong Riyadh-based professional network is preferred.
